The sun is starting to make a consistent appearance here in the North East. While you’re out and about, don’t forget to hydrate! Most men need around 3 liters, or 12 8-oz glasses, and women need about 2.2 liters, or 9 8-oz glasses a day.
If chugging that much h2o sends you into a tailspin, try adding fresh fruit like orange slices, raspberries or strawberries, fresh herbs like mint or basil. For a crisp spin, try slices of cucumber, lemon and lime. And DUH use a mason jar because it’s so #pinterest of you.
